Track Resurfacing
Resurfacing systems are
designed to be applied over existing resilient surfaces as a top
coating. It can be applied in various colors. Depending on the
type of resurfacing system selected, the existing rubber surface
must be structurally sound with minimal loss of rubber
materials, no severe structural cracking, and proper planarity
and grade. The resurfacing systems are not designed to add much
depth to existing resilient layer but to prevent loss of rubber
granules, premature wear due to UV attack. Resurfacing systems
are designed to extend the life of your existing surface.

PolyTop |
Revolution™ PolyTop
is spray-applied. The system shall consist of
approved polyurethane material both Part A & B with an approved
black. (2) coats shall be applied to the surface.
The Revolution™
PolyTop coating system penetrates the existing
polyurethane surface. The coating provides increased ultraviolet
protection and more importantly increases binder to the track
securing the existing rubber granules.
The Revolution™
PolyTop coating system does not provide additional
depth or build to the surface.

PolyTop-R |
The
Revolution™
PolyTop–R
system is a multi-coat system. First consisting of a primer
coat. After a primer has been applied, fine grade EPDM rubber
is hand applied and worked into the existing polyurethane base
mat. The EPDM rubber is then sprayed with a pigmented binder to
hold in place. The system is finished with a (2) coat
polyurethane and black pigment application.

SS-R |
Revolution™
SS-R is a porous
synthetic sport surface comprising of a spray applied coat of two
component polyurethane and EPDM granules over an existing base layer
