Base mat layer consisting of uniformly graded SBR rubber granules bound with 100% polyurethane that is applied by a mechanically operated screed.

To the properly prepared substrate, liberally spread the appropriate primer over black base mat using high quality rollers or sprayers, allowing the material to saturate into the substrate. Force the material into the pores and any hairline cracks while removing the excess to an unprimed area and repeat the procedure.

After the black mat primer has cured, prepare mixture of sealer coat part A, sealer coat part B, and 0.0.5mm EPDM rubber dust.  Using this mixture, squeegee or trowel the paste onto the mat ensuring that all pores and voids are filled. This will prevent the top layer from saturating the black mat.

After the seal paste has cured, apply the Wear Coat using a trowel or squeegee. Broadcast to excess with 1-4 mm colored EPDM rubber ensuring all of the coating is covered. After this coating is cured, remove any excess rubber that is not bonded to the coating using a sweeper or vacuum/blower.
